实测信息
环境：Windows 10 LTSC（19044）x64。本机下载 helium_0.19.2.1_x64-windows.zip，解压后启动 chrome.exe，标题栏显示 Helium；默认新标签页为中文「添加快捷方式」。用该浏览器打开官网 helium.computer，见文案「Privacy-first browser without distractions」与 Download for Windows，地址栏扩展区有屏蔽类图标。本轮未做抓包对比 Chrome 默认追踪开关；版本以 Windows 发布资产 0.19.2.1 为准。
